At Maganda Impressions, all items are made-to-order using a Print-on-Demand (POD) production method. Each product is uniquely created just for you upon placing an order.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to you and sincerely hope you are pleased with your purchase.
In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re open to offering a refund or exchange when applicable.

Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item is defective or meets the conditions outlined below.
Please carefully review all order details—including sizing, product selections, and shipping information—prior to completing your purchase.

Order Issues & Defective Items
We are committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship, but in rare cases, issues may arise. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or resolution.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

A defective product cannot be replaced

An item was not delivered due to an error on our part

We approve an exchange based on case-by-case concerns regarding your satisfaction
Refunds are not available for:

Shipping delays beyond our control (e.g., carrier disruptions)
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-20 business days.
